Our team is managed by well experienced people. As a construction company we are first composed by technical people. We have internally mainly all trades necessary to build your house, an apartment building or a large commercial building. Licensed roofers, framers, electricians, plumbers, painters are ressources we have in house and allow us to work fast and well. Some of our managers are veterans.

VËSTA HOMES has been folded specifically to develop projects in the Pickwick Lake area and northeast Mississippi. We buy, build, lease and sell commercial and residential real estate. A large part of our managing team is born and raised locally. Our knowledge, technical skills and experience make the difference.

As an entrepreneur and investor, he is particularly familiar with the foreign investor needs, objectives and particularities, advising them in the development of their assets for several years. He has experience in commercial, residential and land transactions.

Construction Management - Mr Larry has 20 + years of experience in residential home construction. He is an army retired who worked 42 years in military service. He has 40 years of experience in business logistics and financial aswell. He is the one that everybody listen when it's about building something right.

We invest locally
150 units built since 2019
Over the past two years, we have acquired, renovated and rented several commercial and residential buildings, including a 54-room hotel, a 64-room hotel, a 10-apartment building, several office buildings (+500 m2)... We also built nearly 40 residential units, mainly duplexes and single-family homes in both state of Mississippi and state of Florida. This short list is not exhaustive.
